I just phased off of lithium last week and already feel a difference. could be placebo affect. me convincing myself, but i feel it mentally and physically and that's the important thing. i switched soley to verapamil and not sure if that's going to work, but willing to give it a go because i like being off lithium. i'm more motivated and able to concentrate more easily. sex drive coming back too! hmmm.... that was definitely down. something to think about. i'm a firm believer that everyone's body reacts differently to meds. good luck
