It's me again, I forgot to communicate my recommendation:
I found that a suitable way to reach a high daily dose is to take 5 x 120 mgs = 600 mgs of extended release verapamil and to "fill up" inbetween with up to 5 x 80 mgs = other 400 mgs of n o n extended release = quick acting vera. So you take up to 1000 mgs of vera/day alltogether, if necessary and tolerated...
But: Increase the dose slowly and in small steps day by day !!!
