When on cycle I take 1200 mg a day and after a week or two I don't notice it. I'm only on it for a cycle at a time, usually 3 or so months. Maybe it's the long term that's getting you although jonny will swear it doesn't bug him and he's been on it forever. Hope you work it out, lithium was the "miracle" cure for me!
