I am (hopefully) at the end of a cluster, and throughout this episode, I would wake up, with what I call, a sinus headache. In addition, my nose seems to be slightly running (not enough I would call it a cold)... I thought that it was from the Migranal Nasal, but now I realize it may be part of the migraine. A migraine will be hitting later in the day. Sinus med seems to help until the "big one" comes. don't know the connection... anyone?
