Could it really be my beer?

Hi I posted yesterday "Migraine or cluster?". Some of you said the beer is probably the trigger.My question is How come I only get these h/a about every other day when I drink 3-6 beers EVERYDAY? When I tried to quit smoking, the days I did not smoke I did not get h/a.Is cigarettes or marijuana a trigger? Thanks
