Yes. I smoke cigars. I tend to smoke a lot more on my days off work as I don't smoke at work. During the 4 day Thanksgiving weekend I went through a lot of stogies. Wound up with a sinus headache that wouldn't go away. Eventually it turned into a cluster in the middle of December. Big difference between sinus headache and CH but the CH was preceeded by a weeks long sinus HA.
