Somebody - I need instructions on using Imitrex...

I have an old carrying case and a new 2-dose package of Imitrex sealed. But my instructions are lost.

Can someone tell me how to actually get the Imitrex into my leg? I know this sounds dumb, but I am in too much pain to wait for the drug store to open.
