Was in my neuros office, bad cycle with a 5 level CH, looked up my nose and immediately sent me to ENT where a standby doctor had me sit in the exam chair that had this spray nozzle thingy hanging from the side. He hands me a stack of Keelnex and says he is going to spray into my nastrils. I asked with what, because some sprays made my CH's worse, he said don't worry, about three spray sessions later and a trash can full of Keelnex, my nastrils felt great, clear, opened, and the CH I had left for outer space. I asked him what kind of spray that was, he just said they used that stuff, has a mild anesthetic in it and a decongestant.

I appreciated the anesthetic, yeah I know they don't use crowbars going up your nose, but it looks that way, uncomfortable, but not painful, he said there were no obstructions and sent me back to my neuro.

Anyway, my nose, sinuses, and passages stayed clear for the next 36 hours or so and was CH free, but then started plugging up again, still wonder what that spray was and if it could be used continuously. Anyone else with a similiar experience? What does Imitrex spray do? Never tried that yet, does that clear the passages?
