Woke up early this morning with a twitch in my left eyebrow, and a horrible feeling of dread. Got out of bed double quick and drank 3 pints of water (never would have guessed before how difficult that is!). Downed a couple of Pizotifen and took my dog over the local park. (I live in Cnetral London, but lucky to have a big park nearby). Walked for about an hour and a half. I don't know if the water/drugs/exercise did the trick, or if I was just being paranoid about a twitchy eyebrow, but no CH. I haven't said anything to my partner because I don't want him to worry, so it really helps to be able to talk to everyone here.
