organization. Like you Annemarie, I expected more structure and organization. You can have a fine mission statement and by-laws. You can give general descriptions for committees and set those committees up. But, if you don't tie it all together with organization, structure and leadership - well, you have people working on committees with very little guidance. They commit allot of time to a project, their work is either accepted or rejected. You're right Annemarie - that is the certified way to lose members and volunteers.
I think there are allot of people who want to know. What is OUCH all about? What has OUCH done in the past year? What are it's plans for next year? Where is the input from those who decided to organize OUCH?
