For those that remember I have been trying to grow my own shrooms for the first time. After some head scratching and lots of help from friends who know who they are, I am almost ready to harvest my first batch.
I have never taken them before and so whether they actually help with my ch has yet to be decided, but hey I will enjoy trying them out :):):)
They should be ready to take just before my next cycle may be due, I'll keep you informed.
