hi Im Ree my husband Dave suffers. He only tried a preventative this cycle and it helped imensely. He took Neurontin 300mg 3 times per day. I never saw a guy take something so faithfully. Sorry your cycle seems to be taking its toll. But from experience when it gets bad sometimes your closer to the end. Hope I helped Ree
