No side effects except I get a littl sleepy. Which is fine because I take the large dose before bed time anyway. The problem is that Verapamil takes a while to kick in, unlike the prednisone. The immitrex tip on this site has done wonders to conserve my supply and to slow the rebound heaqdaches.
