10 minutes ago from getting an MRI. That's one noisey, confining sum-na-bitch. I was fine till they shot me up with some Tracer stuff to highlite the vessels in my brain. My stomach started doing flip flops (they say I must be alergic to the stuff). Try being locked into an MRI machine, that space helmet thing locked down over your head and getting ready to blow chunks. NOw thats panic boy!!!! I'll let you know about my sinuses next week when I see the neuro again.

Exercise - works for me. Last cluster I'd wake up 1 1/2 hours after going to sleep, with a CH. I'd pop a tab of cafergot, go downstairs and do squats. As many, as fast as I could. Legs buring, really huffing and puffing (in my case that only took a minute or two). I'd sit down and deep breath and abort the HA in less than 10 minutes. Aborted 60+ HAs in a row doing this.

lyg
Bob P
