31st day of living hell! I am a 24 year old female and this is my third episode. Nothing helps, but a warm shower to ease the pain. Although, two nights ago I had a breakthrough that gave me my first night of sleep. I have a partial (a couple fake teeth that can be taken out) and I usually sleep in them. Well, I decided to sleep without them a I have had three peaceful night sleep. I had one flare up Sat evening which was a whopper, but that is it. I have an appointment to see a TMD specialist on Friday, could hopefully be the cure, please God please!!
