I thought the same about the neuro. My first was kind, but wasn't aggressive enough and knew nothing about CH. i was reluctant to go to a second neuro because i was convinced there was nothing more to do and he would think i was wasting his time. but it was the complete opposite. he was so helpful and suggested a new plan of attack that seems to be working. i'm really glad i switched to him and i have a new hope for PF days! i really suggest you keep searching for a helpful doc. if you're in NYC i can recommend.
