Thank you for your post and I agree with you about the icepack. My wife and I stumbled on that by accident when I ran outside and burried my head in the snow this last time because I tripped and fell. The cold was heaven and the pain seemd to decrease back to where I could manage it. I have never been able to totaly rid myself of the pain but as long as I keep working at increasing my thresh hold of pain levels I will be able to keep up with the CH. I will find the right Dr. one day but the search goes on and as long as I have this OUTSTANDING group I know I can make it.
