Alex,
Try to hold off a little while longer. I thought I was at the end of a two month cycle -- felt fine, no jabs or shadows -- so while I was on vacation in Phoenix, I thought I would have myself a bloody mary with lunch. No reaction, so I had a drink with dinner. The next night I had more accustomed two drinks with dinner, and that night the headaches slammed right back in, where they've remained for this past month and are still with me.
I really enjoy my drinks and always have. But for me, alcohol is poison in and around a cycle. It's an almost instant trigger.
