I have reactivity to MSG whilst in a cluster phase
and I was getting out of the current bought and then I had some potato chips and the clusters came back on. When I checked the packet I found that E621(MSG) was in them. They were not even a flavored chip. We need to be careful and read all of the ingredients on food packaging
