At work I take my Imitrex at the very first twinge. I have had a few full blown HA's at work but as soon as my trusty imitrex kicks in I'm fine.
However I'm a whimp at home. If one hits too hard I will call off and enjoy the day off. (after the Cluster ends of course.)
