I work a rotating shift. Days, swings, days, graveyard, days, changing each week. Been doing it for 33 years. For me it has an affect on attacks. It's very easy to become over tired and this brings on the attacks. Also changing shifts each week screws with eating habits. Some weeks lunch is at noon, the next week it's 9pm and the next week it's at 4 am. Getting over hungry is a trigger for me but it sometimes hard to eat PB&J at 4am.
And congratulations on that new grandchild.
