i know nothing about the shift you work affecting the schedule the beast keeps. i say if he would punch a time clock and call in sick ALOT i'd be a happy soul.
after months of nightime 'naps' totaling 2 hrs. one does tend to get a bit testy and rather jumpy, nothing to serious.. just don't hand me anything priceless or ask anything to deep and expect a sane answer!
i'm thinking myself of applying for the position of head pin cushion, one look at all the jab dots and i've got it in the bag, doubt if they have manditory shifts in a place like that.
wish you much luck with getting the change made, THOSE people can be such a drag to deal with, nearly gives one a tension ha just thinking about it :-).
