Started on 50 mls a day and went up every 5 days. CH got WORSE. Went all the way up to 400 mls and said no more to the nero. It made my CH DOUBLE. Had them every 2 hours all night and day, AND the pain level was unreal. After I started going off it my CH got better and left. Lasted twice as long as normal and it was to my thinking the topamax. The only med I will NEVER try again. I have heard of no one else that has had that happen to them. But just beware and stay in touch with your doc. Best of luck Paula
