Thank you! You know, I am still learning about the "cycle concept" since this is new to me...
What I do know is that I get these stabbing headaches for about three weeks to a month at a time. (every other month it seems.)
Within the three weeks to a month time span, I have headaches which will last 2-3 days at a time.
(I would say that there might be 2-4 days between the onset of each headache - I am estimating here - I have lost track - its pretty much a blur at this point.)
The headaches themselves are pretty constant, with little breaks - maybe 4-10 minutes where the stabbing pain is not present, but there is still some pressure - the pain never leaves completely on those "little breaks" its just that its not "stabbing pain". Am I making sense here? :O
Perhaps I need to learn more about the concept of "cycles" in order to properly identify the frequency of my headaches...
