I use cheap rice. Make a little bag from old material the size you want and fill with rice. I've had them for 4 yrs. Just keep them in the freezer all the time.
Also have ones that I use for a warm compress that you just heat in the micowave.
I've been known to have a cold one on my face and a heated one on my neck.
If you don't fill the bags to much they fit your face just fine and any size you want!
Or you could put the rice in a freezer bag and freeze, but I like the idea and feel of material next to my face.
I also wear an old jersey glove on the hand that I hold the rice bag with so my hands don't get so cold!
