because that would mean I've been wrong about there being a trigger connection all this time. That little obstacle aside, that's a damned good question and would explain why so many people who get their SA fixed don't notice any relief in CH. I was assuming there was relief but it was so little, in terms of fewer nighttime attacks, that it just wasn't noticed. I'm going to have to think about this and do some more research.
