I injured my neck ,in Dec, and started clusters in Jan... There is a neck pain, that hits the bottom of my skull,and soon after that , jaw, pain then a cluster,,,,I have the clusters with out the neck pain ,so ,I think it's a trigger. the sneaky SOB,, What triggers today doesn't trigger tomorrow and vise -versa. go figure
