My guess is that by calling your D. Millhouse. O'C, she was implying that you grind a lot of wheat, no doubt in an endeavor to separate it from the chaff.

Either that or it's a reference to keeping your nose to the grindstone. While admirable, many people have found this to be painful. Some say it is as painful as a cluster, but they mostly don't have clusters and do have very big noses.

If I were you I'd relax and be grateful she didn't say Umbernose, which has an entirely different connotation.
