When I am in cycle many things can trigger,and what triggers this cycle may not trigger next cycle.....But, remember ,they only trigger in cycle.,and when in cycle I get HAs with out a trigger. A triggered HA is faster and more painfull, and the meds effect it less. My experince,, no official documentation or film.
