If you have ch ,any of the triptans would most likely help,,these meds are expensive and a hmo doc may be tenitive about proscribing them...still don't understand , If a Doc can spot CH , he must know aspirn won't help,,strange. With out meds ,, hot showers,,or Ice, hot sauce under the tounge( get those indorphins going), lots of fresh air 24 hours a day, and stay away from all known triggers , and grab the safty bar and hold on. I was in college when my 1st ch started , funny a whole university medical school could not figure out what was wrong with me. So I droped out,before I lost my B average, and I never went back,, don't let it happen to you.
