I agree that lost souls who wander through our doors that don't have CH should be re-directed with respect to a site that can help them. This is something i try to do when i reach them first. I also understand how a person could lose their cool on having to explain over and over this is a cluster site. I mean it is right there on the first page what this site is. Taking Bennie Sue's advice about stepping back if your patience is gone and let someone else take over is a good idea.
I do want to say this however before it gets lost in the generalizations and opinions...that Paco wasn't attacking anyone. He was making a good suggestion for the new people that come here to check out the archives and utilize the search button. There is a wealth of information out there for the taking. Pointing this out to newcomers is a supportive thing, not an attacking thing.
