Mary, I had that same problem with my doctor. Try typing "suicide" into this website's search engine and then print out all the pages that you see. Take these to your doctor. Ask your doctor if he would rather you put a gun to your head or just breathe some harmless oxygen. My doctor immediately gave me a prescription for O2.....This also works well if the doctor's office says they cannot set up an appointment to see you for several months. Good Luck!!
