Maybe it's a geografical thing, but ALL CH patients I know overhere (=Holland) are into sex as a way to get releave, both during and between attacks. And they're not all males, also a female patient I know told me that besides meds the only way to get rid of the pain for some moments is to have an orgasm. (same goes for a lot of migraine patients, by the way).
I would not go as far as to call this a positive side from CH, but hey, as long as it helps......
