i have been diagnosed with basal migraines. no one has been able to clearly explain to me what they are. my symptoms do not to me seem like migraines. i have severe vertigo (daily) that worsens as the day goes on. as the vertigo worsens my whole right side becomes numb, my speach begins to slur,and i have trouble thinking,then a slight throbbing starts in the back of my head. sometimes my legs give out or buckle, or i pass out for several seconds, sometimes i have to feeling of falling in a dark hole. i have had an mri and an eeg and an ultra sound of my head . does this sound like a basal migrain?
