I don't know what you need right now, but I started getting these when I was 21 and am 27 now. I have yet to find a reliable medical treatment. If you start reading the board it won't take too long to see that these ha's can be pretty tempermental: what relieves pain for one person can aggravate it in you, and even what may work once for you won't work the next time. As a result of this, I've been forced to make some changes in my lifestyle, priorities, and attitude. As Bob said, you'll find out who your real friends are after you start making some concessions to this illness and especially if you vent to them on a regular basis. Keep coming to the board, let everyone know where you're at and if you get something out of this try to give a little back.
