Sorry to here O2 won't help you. I have found it to work best actually once the attack is in full swing. When I use it at the onset I get relief but when I put the O2 down and go back to sleep I wake 15 min later with another headache.
It's almost like my body is releasing something that needs to run its course for atleast a while or it comes right back. Kind of like needing to go to the toilet. O2 would be a fart to whatever our body is possibly releasing(histimine possible?)
