Dear Brian,

Yes to the tingling, though it's not always a
precursor. It seems to be unrelated to an attack,
(just that second had one in fact - curious to be
able to describe it so soon after the event).

Starts at the front, with a fuzzy sort of buzz
which stays there for a second or two, then it
shoots over the CH side, breaking up as it goes
along the nerves. It's not unpleasant, in fact it
is almost quite comforting.

It must be related to the problem, as it's always
the same side, but it doesn't seem to act as a
predictor. If anything I notice it more when I'm
having fewer attacks -perhaps it replaces them?

Simon
