I skipped the O2 last night and only had one attack that lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Actually went to sleep after and stayed asleep. Do have a shadow today though...not as bad as some other days. Day 8 of the Verap too...so my fingers are crossed there as well. Am gonna look for shrooms.
