I remember well your skepticism and resistance to this treatment. Glad to see we finally wore you down.

A cautionary note... because you were chronic for so long and because the intensity/frequency of your attacks was so severe, it may very well be that you will not experience the six month to one year remission that seems common with episodics. I STRONGLY advise you keep a hefty dose or two close at hand in case the beast returns prematurely.

I don't want to seem pessimistic, and I sure hope I am wrong, but it seems logical to presume that the remission period for a longterm chronic would be briefer than that for an episodic.
