I seem to suffer face ache or tension pretty much everyday. It drives me up the wall poeple tell me to cheer up when i'm not feeling sad its just the pain in my face is there and i carn't control it. I know its a pyschological thing it comes because i start to worry that it will do and by the time it gets to the afternoon it usally strikes.
