If you are using MS products, Outlook or OE turn on the Auto Complete feature. Then in the email line when you hit an "a" all of the lines you previously typed in using an a will show up. AND your email should be included, you just click on the line you want and tab on to the body of the message.
don't know how NS does it, I haven't used that product in several years.
