I would have to say that anyone considering trying LSD or shrooms as a possible therapy be aware that taking Imitrex within 24 hrs of this experiment is potentialy hazardous. Seeing as it is clearly stated that one should not take ergot-based meds within 24 hours of Imitrex I would have to say that LSD would be risky in that case as well. Imitrex's molecular structure is also very close to serotonin as is LSD's and shroom's active psycho-ingredient. All three act on serotonin receptors so mixing them doesn't sound like a good idea. All three also have a very short half-life so waiting 24 hrs should be fine.
My 2 cents. Been researching this for myself as I am quite chronic and on many meds and ready to try anything. Don't want to see anyone have a "bad trip" though.
