one year and it did take some of the neck pain away .. those sticky little patches are harder than heck to get to stick where there is hair. i don't know if i truly knew how to adjust the settings either so it spooked me to think that i could short circuit my already wavering brain.
i know of another here in MI. that uses it and loves it. let me know what you get from it. take care
