the first time i tried migranal i was soo sick i was going to call into work and tell them i couldnt work . itried the first dose at 1230 then then the second , during that time a friend came over and i realised that the migraine was gone at 145, i had very intence swelling of the nasel passages( like a very bad sinus infections) and was a bit groggy but was able to go to work for 230. the next time i tried it i waited too long and it didnt work . heres hoping it works every time for you guys!
