I am chronic and take 200mg of topamax and 2,000mg of depakote during "peak season" and it helps greatly, I lower dosage when HAs are not as bad. Hard to concentrate on topamax when 1st starting up but I found that it gets better, hands and feet tingle but this gets better also.
