I had an unfortunate experience of getting a nasty as I was driving. I turned the air conditioning vents straight at my face and turn it to high. In 10 minutes the entire headache was gone. At first I thought this was coincidental so I waited until I had another 2 headaches which usually last about 1-1/2 to 2 hours and I went out to my car and tried it again. In both cases the headaches were totally gone in 10 minutes. Almost as good as oxygen. I then started researching this phenomena and found out that it has alreading been researched and shown to be effective at 42 degress. I also found that in my particular case that the headaches went away faster if I breathed through my nose only rather than mouth and nose. Best wishes for headache free days and nights to ALL
