which is the main treatment I use when in cycle. It will usually start giving me fairly immediate relief, but since it is a steroid, and can't be used continuously long term, as you begin to taper off the beast will return. Then after a few days, you can start using it again and you'll get relief again. It becomes a vicious merry-go-round of on again, off again relief until my cycle finally ends, but it is the best non-narcotic relief I personally have found.
