For the past 4 months, I've been on 5 seperate 10 day cycles of steroids (10mg Dexamethasone) and three differnt preventatives - Depakote (made the Clusters worse),Calan SR, and now Neurontin. I haven't had a Cluster in about 2 weeks, but I'm don't know if I'd say I'm out of the cycle, because I've only been off the steroids now for three days, and in this cycle I'm in, they have been persistant in coming back within a week of me coming off the steroids. Getting to your insomnia point, I have had trouble getting a regular sleeping pattern for a while now. I'll go to bed at say 11:00, 11:30, wake up at 3:00, toss and turn for 2 hours, get up. I'll be exhausted all day. Take a nap (or really a 3 hour sleep) wake up and still be tired, but then unable to sleep through the entire night. I don't know if this has to do with the meds or not.

Cheers and remission,

Brandon
