Hi Mike,
You're right about the O2. It is a little inconvienent to travel around with.
I've never tried the Imitrex nasal spray before, but I carry a kit of Imitrex auto-injectors with me everywhere I go! (literally) One injection and the headache is gone within 5-10 minutes, every single time.
The two shots come in a nice little hard case that easily fits into your pocket. If you try the injections, make sure you go over all of the warnings/side effects of Imitrex with you first (i.e. no history of heart trouble)
