because valerian is for sleep, cluster came ( in the most cases ) when we are sleeping, and it is related to serotonin which is about sleep.
I am taking melatonin which is to sleep also and I have not "seen" the beast in the last 17 days
We all can conclude some results about sleep, meds( or natural meds of course), sleep and cluster don't we?
